Workout for Today

After a gap of three days, I have again hit the gym today. Although I was on a very high calorie diet over the three days, I did not see any weight gain. Right now all that I am focussed is about shaping my body. I can see that my shoulders have broadened and started getting that V-Cut. ;)

My Gym regime today:
1) Biceps
2) Triceps
3) Abs
